The ecoHORNET hot air and overheated air generators with operation on pellets incorporates the latest combustion technology, an extremely efficient heat exchanger, performance automation with control and command through internet.
The ecoHORNET hot air and overheated air generators are produced in the power range of 35-600kW.
Their use improves the air quality at the beneficiary and substantially reduces the heat energy cost.
They are mobile, independent compact equipment.
They are produced in two ranges: for indoors and outdoors operation.
The airflow is in inverse proportional relation with the produced hot air temperature.
They produce hot air and overheated air with a temperature of up to 700°C.

– ON-OFF operation: The ecoHORNET hot air generators do not modulate, work at rated power on the entire operation period. The Start/Stop command is given by the ambient thermostat (if it is used for the enclosures heating) or by the air temperature sensor, in the case of industrial applications)

The burner and the combustion chamber are made of stainless steel especially resistant to high temperatures and to temperature variations, and the heat exchanger is made of stainless steel and steel. All the electric and electronic components are made in UE.

The patented ecoHORNET multisystem burner develops pellet combustion temperatures of over 1250°C, the entire caloric power of the fuel is exploited, turning into heat energy. The combustion efficiency is close to 100%, the combustion is complete, without smoke in the burnt gases.
The ecoHORNET burner is mobile, with self-cleaning and combustion acceleration when using less caloric pellets.
The burner and the combustion chamber are made of special stainless steel, resistant to temperatures over 1300°C and to temperature variations.
The ecoHORNETburner equally uses both the pellets made of non-wood biomass and sawdust pellets.
2. Heat exchanger
The heat exchanger was specially designed to operate at high temperatures, without wear in time, and to ensure an optimum transfer of the energy resulted following the pellets combustion.
For a larger exchange surface, a part of the exchanger is made of pipes with fines.
In is made of stainless steel and special steel, according to the last regulations in force.
The heat exchanger efficiently transfer the energy produced by the pellets combustion in the heat carrier, even if in the heating unit there are developed temperatures over 1250°, the burnt gases temperature on the evacuation does not exceed 60-100°C. The heat energy difference is transferred in the hot air. Hence it results an exceptional efficiency, which translates to the user in a reduced fuel consumption.
3. System of combustion acceleration and grill cleaning
The equipment is equipped with combustion speed-up mechanisms, to keep constant the rated power, even if there are used lower caloric power pellets. Thus, even if there are used pellets made of straws, grasses, the equipment will produce the same amount of heat energy, as in the case of wood pellets use.
By the complete automation with performance equipment and software designed together with the Austrian company SIGMATEK GmbH &Co KG, it is accomplished the total control of the heat energy production, control of the heat carrier, as well as the control of all the systems composing the installation and makes possible their integration in complex heating systems.
The color touch display will supply complete information concerning the equipment operation.
The equipment may be remotely monitored and programmed, through an Internet connection, so you will always have the control of your heat energy production system.
5. Variable speed drive
The variable speed drive of the fan controls both the produced hot air flow rate and its temperature. The air flow rate is in invers proportional relation with the produced hot air temperature.
The combustion without smoke and tar in the exhaust gases allows the forced draft operation. The exhauster is mounted on the burnt gases evacuation.
The forced draft operation ensures 100% the control of the oxygen flow necessary to the combustion, the combustion is uniform in the entire mass of pellets found in the burner, it is performed the complete combustion, including smoke particles combustion.
Each pellet particle receives the oxygen necessary to the complete combustion, thus the burnt gases have a minimum content of particles, humidity or organic compounds.
SAFETY: The burnt gases evacuation is not influenced by the atmospheric conditions.
The fan performs the air transit through the heat exchanger.
The circulated hot air flow rate: 2.500-56.000 m³/h depending on the generator power.
8. Safety systems
Electrical protection set:
Because the electricity fluctuations/outages may affect the electronic components of the heating unit or may perturb the proper operation, we have included in the standard equipping a protection set: UPS with inverter functions, stabilizer, rectifier and 2 accumulators.
In case of electricity supply interruption, the automation commands the safety hatch opening, and the burnt gases no longer pass through the exchanger, being evacuated directly into the chimney using the natural draft until the combustion of the fuel on the grill.
9. Automatic feeding system
The pellets feeding is performed automatically, by a screw conveyer controlled by a capacitive sensor.
SAFETY: The pellets feeding system is provided with safety elements preventing the damage if accidentaly foreign bodies are entrained
10. Ash pan
Unlike other hot air generators with operation based on solid fuel, in the case of ecoHORNET generator the ash is collected outside the heat exchanger. It is an advantage because a large ash accumulation does not reducethe exchange area and efficiency.
Optionally: The high power hot and overheated air generators may be delivered withautomatic ash evacuation system and large capacity ash mobile storage room.
